Every bespoke Maivesse installation begins with a private consultation and creative direction tailored to your space, guest count, and vision.

This listing secures your date and begins the bespoke design process.

The Bespoke Design Process

    You receive tailored design direction and proposal.

  4. Installation Day
    We transform your space with a full styling setup.

  5. Post-Event Breakdown
    All Maivesse items are retrieved following the event.


Pricing Structure

Design retainer required to begin: $250
Final pricing based on scope.

The retainer is applied toward your final project total.


Included in Retainer

• Date reservation
• Design consultation
• Concept direction
• Proposal creation
• Installation planning


Not Included in Retainer

• Final styling balance
• Rentals and florals
• Custom fabrication
(added in final proposal)

Client notes are welcomed as guidance; final design decisions remain with Maivesse to ensure cohesion and visual balance.


Booking & Payment

A reservation retainer ($250) is required to reserve your date and installation window. The retainer is applied toward your final project total.

The remaining balance, along with any approved enhancements, is invoiced and due 48 hours prior to installation.

Bookings requested within 72 hours of the event require full payment at confirmation and may include a rush service fee.

Reservations are confirmed upon retainer payment and separate confirmation email.


Cancellation

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the retainer.
• If cancellation occurs after the initial 24-hour window, the retainer becomes non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date within 30 days (subject to availability).

If Maivesse must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including your retainer.
