A 50% reservation retainer ($300) is collected at booking to secure your date and installation window. Your requested date and time will be reviewed and confirmed separately within 24 hours. 

The remaining balance is invoiced and due 48 hours prior to installation based on selected enhancements.

Maivesse Event Atelier’s Signature Room Installation is a boutique styling experience for clients who want atmosphere without excess. Each reveal is curated through textile, proportion, candlelight, and sculptural accents to create a space that feels cohesive, editorial, and quietly luxurious.

Ideal for birthdays, romantic surprises, anniversaries, and private celebrations.


What’s Included

• On-site installation and styling tailored to your room
• Maivesse signature fabric backdrop
• Custom fabric occasion sign
• Bed styling with curated tray moment (glassware, ribbon accents, visual styling)
• Gift and card styling integrated into the reveal
• Six bespoke helium balloons, styled with ribbon detailing
• Fabric-covered bedside table or surface styling
• LED candlelight and taper accents
• Curated artificial floral styling
• Scheduled collection of Maivesse non-disposable elements

Disposable elements remain for the client to enjoy following installation (where applicable).

All materials are selected and styled by Maivesse Event Atelier to maintain the integrity of the intended aesthetic.

• Dining table or full tablescape styling
• Exact replication of reference images
• Expanded draping beyond base styling
• Food or beverage service
• Real florals
• Full takedown & cleanup

Enhancements may be added after booking when available.

Design Direction

At booking, you will be asked to share:

• Occasion
• Preferred palette or tone
• Space details
• Any design notes or references

Maivesse curates the final materials, styling details, and composition based on the space and overall aesthetic.

Client notes are welcomed as guidance; final design decisions remain with Maivesse to ensure cohesion and visual balance.


Booking & Payment

A 50% reservation retainer ($300) is required to reserve your date and installation window. The retainer is applied toward your final project total.

The remaining balance, along with any approved enhancements, is invoiced and due 48 hours prior to installation.

Bookings requested within 72 hours of the event require full payment at confirmation and may include a rush service fee.

Reservations are confirmed upon retainer payment and separate confirmation email.


Cancellation

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the retainer.
• If cancellation occurs after the initial 24-hour window, the retainer becomes non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date within 30 days (subject to availability).

If Maivesse must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including your retainer.
