The Petit Tablescape Styling experience offers Maivesse Event Atelier’s signature approach to atmosphere in a refined composition—ideal for romantic dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, and private celebrations where visual impact and intimacy are the priority.
Each tablescape is treated as a composed visual moment. Through proportion, material contrast, candlelight, and sculptural elements, the table is transformed into a refined setting that feels cohesive and quietly luxurious.
Designed for hotel suites, private residences, and small dining spaces.
What’s Included
• Tablescape styling for two guests
• Curated place settings and layered tabletop composition
• Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and table linens provided as part of the design
• Candlelight styling using LED and taper accents
• Curated artificial floral or sculptural stem styling
• Menu and/or place card styling when appropriate to composition
• On-site installation and styling
• Scheduled collection of Maivesse non-disposable elements
Disposable elements remain for the client to enjoy following installation (where applicable).
All styling elements are selected and composed by Maivesse Event Atelier to maintain the intended aesthetic.

• Large-scale tablescapes beyond two guests
• Exact replication of reference images

Design Direction
At booking, clients will be asked to share:
• Occasion
• General palette preferences
• Location and event access
• Table size and shape
Maivesse curates the final materials, styling details, and composition based on the space and overall aesthetic.
Client notes are welcomed as guidance; final design decisions remain with Maivesse to ensure cohesion and visual balance.
Booking & Payment
A 50% reservation retainer ($225) is required to reserve your date and installation window. The retainer is applied toward your final project total.
The remaining balance, along with any approved enhancements, is invoiced and due 48 hours prior to installation.
Bookings requested within 72 hours of the event require full payment at confirmation and may include a rush service fee.
Reservations are confirmed upon retainer payment and separate confirmation email.
Cancellation
Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the retainer.
• If cancellation occurs after the initial 24-hour window, the retainer becomes non-refundable but may be applied toward a future date within 30 days (subject to availability).
If Maivesse must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including your retainer.
